Welcome to the True Choice Home Loan's Online Enquiry form.
This home loan enquiry form has 5 sections for you to complete.
Before completing this enquiry form, you should look at our Qualifying For A Home Loan for some helpful information and guidance.
You will also need to have the following information handy:-
- Income details - gross and net figures from your pay slips or Tax Returns
- If you have not been in your current job for three years, the details of your previous employment, plus the dates you started and finished
- If you have not been at your current address for two years, the details of your previous addresses and the dates when you moved
- Your drivers licence number
- Details of any existing loans i.e. car, leasing, personal etc (amount owing and monthly repayments)
- Details of any credit cards and store cards (amount owing and monthly repayments)
- Savings and investment details
- Asset details - shares, property, possessions, motor vehicles, business values, superannuation, etc.
- Details about your solicitor and accountant (name, address and contact details)
- Details of the property you may be buying or refinancing
Using this service:
It is important that you complete each section fully, ensuring that all information provided is true and correct. There are 5 sections to complete, followed by a document checklist, to ensure you forward all the required documents to True Choice Home Loans. Please allow about 20 minutes for completion.
After completion of each page, you will have the opportunity to verify and print the information you have entered. You will also need to forward certain documents as evidence of the information you have provided. Once we receive your application, we will contact you regarding the home loan options available to you.
If you prefer, you can print a blank enquiry form, complete it by hand, and post or fax it to us together with your supporting documentation.
