1. Enter the Home Loan amount in the first row.
2. Enter the interest rate in the second row.
3. Enter the interest rate in the third row.
4. Select Interest Only or Principle and Interest from the fourth row.
5. Click "Calculate Repayment" to produce Monthly Repayment.
6. View the results. You can then clear all the filled fields by clicking the "Reset" button.
