1. Select the State where the property purchase is to occur.
2. In QLD and WA, there are rebates for First Home Buyers. Select "yes" if First Home Buyer in these states.
3. Select whether finance is for a refinance or purchase.
4. In QLD and WA, there are rebates for Owner Occupiers. Select "Owner Occupier" or "Investment" if in these states.
5. Enter the purchase price of your property.
6. Enter the required loan amount.
7. View the results. You can then clear all the filled fields by clicking the "Reset" button.
