Who we are

True Choice Home Loans is a Specialist Loan Analysis and Mortgage Broking company. We are a bit different to other brokers in that we do not deal with just those Lenders who pay us commissions. We believe customers need and deserve to have all the facts when it comes to choosing which loan is going to be the best for them. We pride ourselves on our integrity and endeavour to always place the Customer's needs ahead of our own. The same goes for our Franchisees, as they are the key to our ongoing success. Without the right people, we cannot service the growing needs of our clients.

From the Managing Director

I founded True Choice Home Loans because I knew there had to be a better way for people to find which loan was best for them. I was sick of seeing people I knew getting ripped off by "Slick" operators. People weren't getting what they thought they were getting. I've spent a tremendous amount of time and effort developing a software package with access to almost every home loan product available in Australia so we can offer our clients a True Choice.

The Market Potential

Deregulation occurred in 1985. Since then the market has been flooded with home loan products. The more products - the more confusion - the more we are needed! Currently only approximately 30% of Australians use a mortgage broker, overseas it is 70-80%. So there is expected to be plenty of growth potential.
